We try to add new products at least once a week.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping should take a standard of 5-10 business days and a tracking number will be provided to help pinpoint timing. You may also upgrade your shipping but we will need to know in advance.

How is the quality of your products?
Being that most of the products are used, they are not in perfect condition. Most of the products that are sold will be in near perfect condition. We will always let you know the condition of the products along with a detailed description of each product you would like to purchase.

What happens if the product I purchase shows up broken or does not work?
Discount Gadgets strives to ensure your package is sent properly, but in case for some reason your item does not function properly or is broken we would be more than happy to try and accommodate you. Once you receive your item, feedback is always appreciated. If the package appears broken upon delivery (torn or ripped etc.) do not accept the package. Let us know the problems you are experiencing by e-mail and we can work something out whether it is a complete refund or exchange.
